Your subsequent visits
Your subsequent visits will include a shorter intake, to see how your condition has progressed or changed since your previous appointment, and see where therapy needs to go next. You will then be encouraged to relax, using a variety of techniques like breathing exercises and imagery. Through a series of stories, guided imageries and interactive activities, your goal will be addressed. By using this altered state of consciousness, you can see significant improvement in your condition or goal in as little as 3-6 treatments.
Combining Hypnotherapy with Acupuncture
Often coined Hypnopuncture, combining these two amazing modalities has been shown to strengthen the effects of each. During a hypnopuncture session, a short intake will be taken, followed by the insertion of the acupuncture pins. You will then relax into you acupuncture session, before the hypnotherapy session begins. These amazing treatments usually last between 75-90 minutes.
